We Are Ground Exchange Operations

At Ground Exchange, we specialize in drilling and installing high-performance geothermal systems that deliver lasting value. With decades of national drilling expertise and purpose-built equipment, we support developers, municipalities, institutions, and healthcare providers across Ontario.

Our approach is simple: proven methods, precise execution, and a commitment to efficiency beneath it all. Whether it’s a single facility or a district-scale project, we provide scalable geoexchange solutions you can trust.

Efficient Heating & Cooling with Geoexchange

Geoexchange systems use the stable temperature of the earth to deliver reliable heating and cooling year-round. By transferring heat to the ground in summer and drawing it back in winter, buildings achieve unmatched energy efficiency and long-term cost savings.

At depths of 100 to 1000 feet, ground temperatures remain steady at ~55°F / 13°C, creating a natural thermal reservoir. This makes geoexchange ideal for reducing carbon emissions, cutting operating costs, and ensuring energy resilience for decades to come.
